Unira currently ships to customers within the United States.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
After processing, estimated delivery is typically 5–9 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.
Will I receive tracking information?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation before your order has been processed or shipped. Please contact support@unira.shop as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
What is your return policy?

When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to complete the refund.
