Cancellation Policy

At Unira, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible to help ensure timely delivery. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may request to cancel an order.

Cancellation Requests

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@unira.shop and include your order number and the email address used to place the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel eligible orders. However, cancellation requests are not guaranteed because orders may be processed quickly after they are placed.

Orders That Have Been Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to process and display the refund.

Incorrect Orders or Duplicate Orders

If you placed an order by mistake, entered incorrect information, or submitted a duplicate order, contact us immediately at support@unira.shop. We will review your request and provide assistance where possible.

Changes to Orders

If you need to change an item, quantity, shipping address, or other order detail, contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped.
